Jhilam Chattaraj is an Assistant Professor at R.B.V.R.R Women’s College, Department of English, Hyderabad, India. She has authored the books, Corporate Fiction: Popular Culture and the New Writers (2018) and the poetry collection, When Lovers Leave and Poetry Stays (2018). Her works have been published in journals like the Colorado Review, World Literature Today, Asian Cha, Frontier poetry, Voice and Verse Poetry Magazine and The Pangolin Review among others. She has received the CTI Excellence Award (2019) in “Literature and Soft Skills Development,” from the Council for Transforming India and the Department of Language and Culture, Government of Telangana.
