Ajanta Paul is a widely published poet, short story writer and literary critic. She is currently Principal at Women’s Christian College, Kolkata, India. A Pushcart nominee, Ajanta has been published in literary journals including Spadina Literary Review, The Pangolin Review, Offcourse, The Statesman, The Bombay Review, The Wild Word, Verse-Virtual, Setu, Kitaab, The Punch Magazine, The Critical Flame and Kavya Bharati. Ajanta’s publications include a book of poetic plays — The Journey Eternal; The Elixir Maker and Other Stories, American Poetry: Colonial to Contemporary; a book of poems — From the Singing Bowl of the Soul: Fifty Poems and her latest collections of poems – Beached Driftwood  and Earth Elegies.
