Malashri Lal, writer and academic with sixteen books, retired as Professor, English Department, University of Delhi. Her specialization is in literature and gender studies. Her poems and stories have been published in Indian Literature, Confluence, The Beacon, Setu, online portals and anthologies.  She is Member, General Council of the Sahitya Akademi.
